Yesterday we went shopping for our borscht veggies:
- fresh dill
(I already had beets on hand)
Then this morning we cooked. Hudson started off chopping cabbage.
The dill smells SOOO good!
Once the onions and dill were sauteed Hudson dumped in the chopped cabbage, some carrots that I grated and the jars of beets. He took his stirring job very seriously.
