Mmmm! Oh the wonderful adventures of letter M.
We did a science experiment with magnets. We tested several difference objects to see what is magnetic and what isn't.
The magnet activity turned into a creative magnet sculpture.
Using a Martha Stewart puppet kit we put together a monkey puppet.
Something new for us was using a magnet board to tell a story (like using a flannel board except we don't have a flannel board).
We told the story of Five Little Monkey Swinging From a Tree. (great for teaching rhythm and subtraction :)).
Our last M Project was our adorable little martian named Blooey.

A very fun and productive week. Can't say enough about Blooey. I love the magnetic storyboard too. Did you make the pieces or buy them? They are so cute and fun!
