Preschool Corner Letter S

Photobucket

S was a lovely letter to study.
We started out with star shaped sponge painting  on our DLTK template.

We did some other fun art projects like a spiral sequence snake.

And some snail prints.

Just for fun we built a fort out of couch cushions.  I suppose we could call it a shanty just to stay in theme:).

I bought some shapes at a teacher store a little while ago.  Hudson had fun matching the shapes to make these patterns from Prekinders

Checkout Homeschool Creations for what others are doing in their preschool corner:)
Also my dear friend Susana has a weekly linky called Learning Through Love.  Stop by and see what folks are up to on her blog My Family My Forever

A shanty or a shack. :) Either way - it's the letter S. Amazing how creative you can get with words to make it fit...hee hee
