Ok so some of you may not appreciate this learning experience... but I'm posting it anyway.
On Monday night there was a tragic accident while moving the chickens to new ground for grazing.
And my kids learned a little something about death.
Craig learned a little something about butchering a cornish game hen.:)
Not only were Hudson and Meadow watching... they were helping... Hands on.

Like me, my kids learned all about the life cycle of a chicken at a young age. My only question is why is it hanging on the line?
